Booking Information / Policies
CANCELLATIONS
Failure to be home for your scheduled appointment or a cancellation with 48 hours will incur a 100% treatment charge. Should you need to cancel - I respectfully ask that you give me a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow me time to fill your slot. I reserve the right to ask clients who persistently cancel or miss appointments, to prepay a deposit for any future appointments.

PATCH TESTS
A ‘patch test’ is a skin sensitivity test that I require clients to have prior to specific beauty treatments. This test is to check for reactions to the products I use. It is a legal requirement and I cannot proceed with a treatment without a complete patch test. These must be carried out at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. New clients will need to be patch tested. Existing clients who have had a 6 month time lapse between treatments must be retested. If there has been a change to health, a pregnancy or new tattoo, I ask that you are retested too.

PREGNANCY
Please let me know at the point of booking if you are an expectant mother so I can best advise you of the correct treatments for you. Unfortunately for the health of your pregnancy I cannot perform any treatment in the first trimester. Official Nouveau LVL Lash Lift cannot be carried out on anyone at any stage of pregnancy or if your are breastfeeding.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please let me know if you have any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your booking to avoid disappointment should your treatment not be able to be carried out on the day.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
An ideal gift for anyone. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferrable and valid for 6 months after the date of purchase.

NAIL REPAIRS
Repairs of a damaged nail are free within 48 hours of treatment. Anything there after will be charged. Repairs will be like for like only. Contact must be made with me within this time period to avoid charges. Please be prepared to send me a photo in order for me to assess the issue. Nail enhancements are temporary, due to this I am unable to guarantee the length of time they may last.

REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with a service I have provided please contact me regarding your issue. I will always try to rectify the problem first. I do not offer refunds for services due to my time & products used, but I will offer to fix/repair/redo like for like only. When a repair or rectification is offered, an appointment must be made & received within 1 week of first contact.

PETS
Any pets must be kept in a separate room throughout my time with you.

PARKING
Parking must be available outside your property. If no parking is available on arrival, your appointment will not go ahead and you will be expected to pay 50% of treatment cost

TRAVELLING COSTS
My prices include a radius of 5 miles from Aylesbury. Any further than this, it will be charged at £2 per mile. Please bear in mind, I have to drive there and back, so if you are a further 4 miles away, I will have to travel and charge for 8 miles in total

I am a fully qualified Beauty Therapist and nail technician with 16 years experience under my belt. I have worked in several Spa's & Salons during my career, including 5 years on the Island of Cyprus.
